What should I add to the reverse of my Pet ID tag?

To comply with UK law your pets ID tag should have the following information

Surname

House number/name and postcode

Telephone numbers (these are optional)

Due to the restriction in spacing we are unable to fit street/road names on the reverse of our tags.

We completely understand that not everyone likes to have these exact details on their tags so we leave the decision completely up to you if you would just prefer a telephone number and i’m chipped that’s fine by us! Please keep any personalisation for the reverse to a maximum of 3/4 lines as this works best for spacing.

I require different personalisation or my pet’s name has more than the characters stated, can you help?

I have a design or idea that’s not on your website, can this be done?

For any custom or bespoke orders please contact us via our contact form or social media, we always do our best to create these for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We take 5-7 working days to process your order to cover busier periods. We ship all of our items FREE within the UK with Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive.

Can I upgrade my order to first class?

Yes for a small cost, please choose this option upon checkout.

Can I rush my order?

All of our orders are processed within 5-7 working days. Please contact us if you require express processing.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns if you contact us within 14 days upon receipt of your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any of our personalised goods. However please contact us if you have a problem with your order and we will do our best to resolve this.

Do you ship internationally?

We are excited to now provide international shipping via our Etsy store!
